- Additional Fees. Customer shall be responsible for the additional fees described below.
- Delivery Fee. Locations outside of Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton County are subject to a $50 delivery fee.
- Overfilled Fee. Transporting dumpsters filled above the top rim violates most city ordinances and might incur fines that the customer will assume.
- Overweight Fee. Do not load any bin with more than 3 tons of weight. Violations might result in additional fees. Heavy materials including, but not limited to, CONCRETE, DIRT, BRICK, ASPHALT, GRAVEL, and MUD should NOT be put in Bin without authorization. The 10-yard dumpster can take shingles with prior authorization.
- Dry Run Fee. Up to $100.00 if a truck arrives on site to swap or pick up a Bin but is unable to complete the task due to a Bin being not ready, overweight, overfilled or blocked in. If the situation is remedied while the truck is on-site there will be no additional charge.
- Specific Material Fees. In the event that any of the following materials are disposed of in a Bin without authorization, Customer might be charged the applicable additional fees, or, if greater, the applicable costs or expenses incurred by RED-E-BINS in disposing of such materials:
- We can take some electronics and appliances, but they can NOT be put in the dumpster. Call for details.
- Tires
- Liquids
- Batteries
- Hazardous waste
- Holiday and weekend closure: Pick-ups scheduled on holidays or Sundays might be picked up on the next available day.
